Choose Life Ministry seeks a Mental Health Support Worker for its faith-based residential program. You will provide encouragement, accountability, and supervision while supporting residents through recovery. The work includes documentation, community activities, and maintaining a welcoming home.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support, encouragement, and accountability Facilitate routines, chores, and programming Document progress, incidents, and shift notes Support appointments, meetings, and community activities Maintain safety, cleanliness, and welcoming surroundings

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent Alignment with Christian faith values Strong listening, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills Availability for evenings, nights, and weekends Vulnerable sector criminal record check and driver's licence Bring compassionate residential support, explicit documentation, and strong de-escalation skills to women pursuing recovery at Homestead for Hope.
