Food & Beverage Supervisors provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet by adopting a hand on approach for training, engaging, supervising, and evaluating their team. They ensure that quality service, product, and safety standards are consistently met. Providing excellent guest service. Overseeing daily operations of staffing, opening, running, and closing of the restaurant. Overseeing and training team members in resort system Dayforce, POS systems, cash-outs, product knowledge, health, and safety procedures. Able and willing to work in all areas of the unit. Providing coaching and conduct performance evaluations for all team members. Overseeing and responding to customer concerns. Assisting Manager in the outlets monthly inventory. Based on operational needs, this position may require working in various Food & Beverage venues across the resort.
