Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities seeks a Physician Assistant for a permanent, 35-hour weekly position. Working under physician supervision, you will manage chronic diseases, improve access for equity-deserving populations, and deliver team-based care. The work includes patient counseling, referrals, education, and electronic records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and medical history taking
- Develop treatment plans with the supervising physician
- Perform minor procedures within the PA-Physician relationship scope
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostics,



and community supports
- Maintain records and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Recognized Physician Assistant program graduation
- Minimum three years of healthcare or related experience
- Eligibility to practice in Ontario under physician supervision
- College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario registration
