Think Academy International seeks an ELA Teacher Development & Recruitment Specialist to build and manage our US Online ELA teaching team from our downtown Toronto office. You will source candidates, screen, conduct demos, and train current teachers while ensuring alignment with our instructional standards.

Responsibilities include teaching live online ELA classes, recruiting educators, and supporting onboarding with ongoing coaching to raise teaching quality across the team.
