Drive accurate billing and ticket administration at EnerStar Solutions through strong organization, customer service, and financial coordination. Travel may be required.
This Operations Administrator supports routine clerical and administrative functions across EnerStar Solutions. The work includes cost allocation, revenue billing, third-party transaction reconciliation, and divisional data analysis. You will communicate with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, managers, operations staff, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders and coordinate customer tickets
- Code vendor invoices and reconcile third-party transactions
- Match invoices to expected costs and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end closing and complete required ticket reporting
- Manage vendor and customer relationships across the division
Requirements:
- Minimum two years in a similar administrative position
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Windows, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of accruals, profit margins, and third-party accounting terms
- Robust organization, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
