BVGlazing Systems seeks a Process Engineer to optimize glazing and window manufacturing operations. You will improve productivity, quality, throughput, and cost while supporting multiple product lines. The position works with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety, and Product Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes for productivity, quality, throughput, and cost improvements
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop standardized work instructions and process documentation
- Investigate bottlenecks, failures, quality concerns, and inefficiencies
- Implement corrective and preventive process actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Two to four years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
- High-volume manufacturing operations experience
- Continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control experience
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
