As a Proposal Specialist, you will develop accurate customer-focused responses to RFPs and RFQs. You will combine proposal preparation, cost allocation, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Proposals Manager and supports Survalent’s smart grid solutions for utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze RFP and RFQ requirements for technical and commercial proposals
- Prepare accurate proposals covering scope, methodology, and implementation services
- Gather technical, financial, and operational information from teams
- Partner with sales representatives to maintain target margins
- Track quotations,



orders, customer files, and proposal workloads

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field
- Minimum five years in application engineering or comparable roles
- Experience in SCADA, automation, or information technology preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Strong English writing, analytical, organizational, and negotiating skills
