ErinoakKids seeks a full-time, temporary Appointment Scheduler for a replacement position. You will schedule future client appointments using Caredove and Meditech’s Community Wide Scheduler Module. The work includes coordinating requests with clinicians, entering orders, and maintaining scheduling information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter client appointments into Caredove and Meditech’s scheduler
- Book, coordinate, and reschedule appointments as needed
- Coordinate scheduling requests with clinicians
- Enter and edit orders in Meditech modules
- Maintain clinician schedules and client information

Requirements:

- Related college diploma in health, administration, or human services
- Minimum one year of similar work experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
