As a Junior High Humanities Teacher, you will design Alberta curriculum lessons, strengthen literacy, encourage inquiry, and develop critical thinking. You will guide historical exploration, diverse perspectives, citizenship, and students’ understanding of local and global communities. The role supports Catholic education and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adapt instruction to students’ strengths and learning needs

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta teaching certificate or Letter of Authority
- Understanding of Alberta curriculum and Teaching Quality Standard practices
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
- Cooperative approach and commitment to Catholic education
- Criminal record and vulnerable sector checks required
