CIBC is seeking a Contact Centre Representative (Credit Counsellor, Client Account Management) in Toronto. You will connect with clients who own a variety of CIBC products and discuss repayment options, assess client profiles, and propose plans to address delinquencies while ensuring understanding of contractual obligations.
This is a full time, on-site role with potential for Agent@Home after training; the schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed, starting January 11, 2027.
