Working remotely from the Halifax/Dartmouth area, this Technician travels offsite to customer residences and services LG products. The work includes technical diagnosis, repairs, spare parts decisions, paperwork, data entry, and service-call prescreening. Technicians represent LG while meeting customer satisfaction, first-time-fix, revisits, parts-management, and on-time metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service LG appliances at customers’ residences
- Conduct technical diagnosis using tools and test equipment
- Repair products and replace parts when required
- Document findings and complete job data entry

Requirements:

- At least two years repairing laundry, cooking, or cleaning appliances
- Ability to troubleshoot and document product issues
- Physical ability to bend continuously and lift 50 pounds
- Full valid driver’s license with clean driving record
