This experienced Registered Veterinary Technician role dedicates 75% of time to top-of-scope RVT work. The remaining 25% provides management and operational leadership to the Veterinary Team. You will support urgent care and emergency services while shaping culture, inspiring others, and driving operational excellence. The position includes client relationships, patient care, and collaboration with veterinarians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver patient care at the top of RVT scope
- Provide management and operational leadership to veterinary teams
- Assist veterinarians with medical, surgical, and dental procedures
- Prepare patients, instruments,



and equipment for surgery
- Administer and monitor medicines under veterinary direction

Requirements:

- Experienced Registered Veterinary Technician
- Passed VTNE or eligible to write VTNE
- Valuable standing with the provincial regulatory association
- Completed accredited two or three-year Canadian technology diploma
- Compassionate, respectful, and service-focused client communication
