As a Part-Time Retail Advisor and Inbound Field Specialist, you represent Clutch during vehicle handovers and appointments. You create personal experiences, answer questions, complete paperwork, and record thorough notes in customer tracking systems. Customer-facing experience is central to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Build connections and understand individual customer needs

Requirements:
- Two or more years of customer-facing experience
- Valid G2 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract without major infractions for three years
- Clean criminal background check
