AMHS-KFLA seeks a Concurrent Disorder Worker for French Language Services within frontline Addictions teams. You will support individuals with responsible mental illness and substance use concerns. The work includes individualized treatment coordination, comprehensive assessment, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate individualized treatment plans and required client services
- Provide therapeutic interventions for substance use challenges
- Support community living and psychosocial rehabilitation




- Serve French-speaking clients within and beyond assigned caseloads
- Travel to KFL&A; sites as required

Requirements:

- Advanced oral French proficiency under provincial standards
- Health-related university degree and addictions counselling training
- Three years’ relevant serious mental illness service experience preferred
- Case management experience preferred
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence, vehicle, and required insurance
