This Housekeeping Supervisor supports housekeeping teams across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, offices, and storage spaces. The position helps maintain brand standards while supporting hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction. InnVest operates more than 100 hotels across Canada and manages almost 90 hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect cleanliness across guestrooms and public areas
- Assign daily tasks and assist with staff scheduling
- Support hiring, training, and employee performance evaluations
- Communicate room readiness to Guest Services
- Document maintenance requests for hotel quality standards
Requirements:
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Skilled approach when dealing with staff
- Physical fitness for walking, bending, standing, and lifting
