As a Digital Change Specialist, you will support implementation of digital solutions through change plans, documentation, and engagement strategies. You will gather current-state challenges, define desired outcomes, and help project teams carry out adoption activities. The work includes communications, workshops, stakeholder engagement, progress metrics, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Six-plus years in change management or related work
- Equivalent education and experience considered
- Stakeholder and workshop support experience preferred
- PROSCI or similar certification preferred
