This Licensed Practical Nurse oversees nursing and care services while supporting residents, families, and care partners. The position coordinates services, evaluates outcomes, and promotes meaningful relationships, individual choice, and belonging. You will work with service areas, the General Manager, Supervisors, and Health Services partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and evaluate resident nursing and care services
- Delegate health care aide assignments and work activities
- Lead emergency responses and document incidents thoroughly
- Provide medication assistance under current Wellness Strategies
- Complete required audits and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Registered and in good standing with CLPNA
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
