Apply ISO 9001 expertise as a Quality Assurance Coordinator with Celeros Flow Technology in Burlington, Ontario, working in office Monday through Friday.
Reporting to the site QA Supervisor, you will support the ISO Quality Program through non-conformance management, root cause analysis, inspections, and documentation. The role connects manufacturing quality with customers, suppliers, leadership, and third-party inspectors. You will help maintain Quality Systems, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce COPQ through corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier-related non-conformances and deviation requests
- Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate customers and third-party inspectors during witness activities
- Prepare quality documentation and customer submittal packages
- Develop manufacturing process quality control plans
Requirements:
- Mandatory certificate in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
- Working experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Manufacturing experience using ISO standards and inspection
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical procedures
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
