About the role:

Our Finance Managers do just that – they build effective working relationships, and apply proven sales techniques and product knowledge to maximize finance and insurance product sales that benefit our customers.Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality, and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping

As a Financial Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Effectively selling finance and insurance products, maintaining above industry standard averages and gross margin penetration.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales and finance paperwork, ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.




- Coordinate delivery schedules through effective communication and teamwork with the service department.
- Ensure all finance and insurance personnel productively and tactfully sell additional products and service to unit customers in ways that build confidence in customer purchases.
- Discuss and resolve any concerns with customers prior to closing sales.

The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of related sales experience
- Eligible for Alberta Motor Vehicle Council (AMVIC) licensing.
- Goal oriented and achievement driven.
- Comfortable with multiple software programs and MS Office.
