Canadian Bavarian Millwork & Lumber Ltd. seeks an experienced Moulder Operator for its production team. You will set up, adjust, operate, and maintain moulders, endmatchers, and sanders. The work requires accurate specification reading, knife preparation, profile matching, and troubleshooting. Safety and efficiency remain central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate Weinig Powermat moulders
- Adjust endmatchers, sanders, tooling, and cutterheads
- Read specifications for accurate profiles and dimensions
- Grade lumber and monitor production quality
- Maintain equipment, tooling inventories,



and work areas

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years operating Weinig Powermat or equivalent equipment
- Solid moulder setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting knowledge
- Knife grinding, tooling preparation, and profile matching experience
- Understanding of cutter geometry, wood species, and materials
- Independent work style and strong attention to detail
