The Senior Financial Analyst supports Rogers Bank’s end-to-end financial stewardship across regulatory reporting, FP&A;, controls, and planning. You will assist with filings, forecasts, and management reporting while strengthening compliance with evolving standards. Your analysis supports executive and Board-level decisions about profitability and capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with statutory and regulatory filings across reporting cycles
- Maintain reporting documentation, controls, and regulatory alignment
- Support budgets, forecasts, estimates, and expense reporting
- Enhance multi-year models and long-range planning scenarios
- Deliver executive and Board-level financial insights
Requirements:
- CPA designation preferred
- One to three-plus years of progressive finance experience
- Financial services, banking, or credit card experience preferred
- Understanding of risk, controls, and regulated finance
- Advanced modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
