METRO recherche un Assistant·e-gérant·e au service pour son point de vente de Rouyn-Noranda. Le poste est permanent et temps plein, basé à 4 15e Rue Local 1, Rouyn-Noranda, avec 40 heures par semaine et des quarts jour, soir et week-end.

Vous accompagnerez le gérant dans la planification et la coordination du service, gérerez l’équipe, effectuerez les achats et veillerez au respect des procédures et de la convention collective, tout en développant l'expérience client et la fidélisation.
