What are the Responsibilities?

- Running the parts order desk, where you'll be the go-to person for customers who need the right part, right now




- Researching and selecting parts from bills of material, serial numbers and whatever else customers send your way
- Preparing quotes, verifying pricing and showing customers why OEM parts beat after-market
- Sourcing hard-to-find parts outside the standard product line
- Keeping inventory healthy, orders moving and shipments out the door on time
- Working with the sales team, service department and your manager to keep customers happy

What are the Requirements?

- 1-3 years of parts, service or technical support experience in heavy equipment, industrial, tooling, truck & transport or manufacturing
- A strong technical mindset and attention to detail
- Solid MS Office and ERP skills
- Great communication skills, plus the confidence to work independently
- Comfort in a warehouse environment (forklift training is a bonus) & handling Shipping/Receiving duties
- A team-player attitude
