Support residents at Waterhouse Manor Care Home in Peterborough through personal care, compassion, and attentive wellbeing monitoring. Work alongside Avery Healthcare’s Care team.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will help deliver high standards of personal care within a safe, caring, supportive, and inclusive environment. You will contribute to person-centred care planning, support medication requirements, and maintain accurate records. The role also includes supporting staff development and communicating with relatives, visitors, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor resident wellbeing and changes affecting care plans
- Implement and evaluate person-centred care plans monthly
- Support residents with their medication requirements




- Undertake staff supervisions and support development
- Escalate concerns and respond to reasonable requests

Requirements:

- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
- Two years’ experience in a similar care setting
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Positive approach to supporting residents and staff
- Flexibility across a range of responsibilities
