Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise field teams and support Officer safety
- Coordinate daily deployments, priorities, briefings, and statistics
- Investigate noncompliance and undertake enforcement action
- Lead complex investigations and provide compliance advice
- Train, mentor, and contribute to performance reviews

Requirements:

- High school graduation
- Five years of related experience or equivalent education
- Levels 1 and 2 Bylaw Compliance certificates
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s licence
- Conflict management and protective force recertifications
