Lead fresh department execution at Farm Boy through customer service, coaching, and accurate merchandising in a hands-on setting. Support daily operations alongside the Department Manager.

As Assistant Produce Manager, you will help deliver Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience through team-oriented leadership and team engagement. Your work includes training, huddles, staffing coverage, inventory management, ordering, and department presentation. You will also support compliance, administration, and stated performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service
- Execute departmental strategies with the Department Manager
- Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members
- Lead huddles covering goals, achievements, and product knowledge




- Maintain merchandising, rotation, staffing, cleanliness, and inventory

Requirements:

- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Business post-secondary education and one year supervisory experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Computer software experience and systems-learning comfort
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, standing, and lifting
