Reporting to the Manager of Development Planning, you will support a cooperative team across varied planning activities. The position involves development application review, current planning, zoning, official community plan work, land use changes, and urban design projects. Strong communication and critical thinking are central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to general public inquiries for the Planning Department
- Research property information for planning activities
- Assist with development application review processes
