As a Carpentry Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will complete residential unit turns, renovations, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. The work includes interpreting drawings, constructing and repairing building components, installing flooring, and troubleshooting residential systems. You will support occupied and vacant suites while maintaining company standards, safety procedures, and resident needs.
