CMC Markets seeks a permanent Relationship Executive for HNW and premium clients. You will manage client relationships, support phone dealing, develop business, and increase engagement within an execution-only environment. The position requires global market knowledge, regulatory awareness, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with assigned HNW and premium clients
- Provide platform support and execution-related assistance
- Identify retention, referral, upsell, and reactivation opportunities
- Educate clients on platform features and risk-control tools
- Maintain CRM records and report performance indicators
Requirements:
- Three to five years in derivatives or financial sales
- Experience managing premium client relationships and business development
- Strong global markets, analytical, numeracy, and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating evening or weekend shifts
- English and Chinese fluency with post-secondary education
