Coordinate manufacturing orders and lead production teams at IHT Group in Oak Bluff, Manitoba, using floor leadership and manufacturing knowledge. Work Monday through Friday on the day shift.

The Production Lead reports to the Production Manager and directs daily activities across the production floor. This role assigns work, monitors progress, coordinates materials and equipment, and reinforces safety, quality, and performance expectations. You will lead Assembly Technicians and Machine Operators while supporting organized workflows and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduled manufacturing orders and daily production priorities
- Assign work according to skills, resources, and priorities
- Monitor progress, bottlenecks, documentation, and production requirements




- Coordinate materials, equipment, Maintenance, and Quality support
- Coach employees and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Understanding of production workflow and shop floor operations
- Knowledge of safety, quality, Lean manufacturing, and 5S
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems; MISys preferred
