Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and quality approve Xactanalysis assignments and estimates
- Review estimates, images, measurements, and supporting documentation
- Align damage scopes with TDI standards and IICRC requirements
- Monitor Xactanalysis workflow compliance throughout claim lifecycles
- Coach vendors on estimating standards and repair techniques

Requirements:

- Formal training or experience with scoping and estimating
- Xactimate and Xactanalysis training and knowledge
- Technical knowledge of structural repairs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective, confident negotiation and solid communication skills
