This development-focused position introduces water chemistry, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and closed-loop systems. Approximately 80% of your time involves client-site service, while 20% supports sample analysis, reporting, and coordination. Senior technicians and technical representatives provide daily guidance, with accountability held by the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine water testing at client sites
- Collect samples and complete on-site testing
- Execute scheduled service visits professionally
- Analyze samples and enter accurate results
- Participate in Pace Academy training

Requirements:
