Contract: 6 Months + Possible Extension/ FTE

We're hiring a Compliance Officer / Analyst to join a global governance office responsible for deploying a strong conduct and permanent control framework. You'll support the CIB AMER Conduct Program and Conduct Remediation Programs — driving presentations, training materials, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across business lines and functions.

What you'll do:

- Build presentations for program updates, Ambassador meetings, and Conduct Weeks
- Manage training materials and own the relevant Shared Drives and SharePoint sites
- Take minutes in local coordination meetings and track actions
- Support the quarterly Authorized Communication Channels self-certification campaign — pull reporting, input excuses from business lines and HR




- Support quarterly/annual Board reports by collecting data from SMEs and coordinating for VP review
- Support the annual FAQ refresh and handle group/global data requests

What you bring:

- Master's or MBA (Business Administration / Finance / Risk) from a reputable university
- 4+ years in Governance, Controls, Risk, Audit, or Compliance
- Robust project management and organizational skills
- Confident communicator — able to build and present key messages to management
- Able to work independently and problem-solve with internal clients

Nice to have: Analytical and technical strength, ability to build networks across the organization, exceptional editing and logic skills.
