Job Title: Residential Cleaner

We're looking for a Residential Cleaner to join our Victoria team. This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule and the opportunity to help keep our residential rental properties clean, welcoming, and well cared for. What You'll Do:

- Clean and maintain building common areas, including entrances, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.

- Clean vacant suites to prepare them for incoming tenants.

- Complete cleaning following maintenance and repair work.

- Support seasonal upkeep, including light gardening, cleaning exterior entrances, snow removal, and salting pathways.

- Interact courteously with tenants, address routine cleaning requests,



and report concerns requiring management's attention.

- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

- Work with in office staff and maintenance personnel to maintain consistent cleanliness standards across the properties.
