StellerVista Credit Union is recruiting for a full time, permanent Financial Services Representative in its development program. You will support retail sales goals, member service, deposit products, lending products, and needs-based referrals. Training is provided step by step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to non-portfolioed members
- Complete deposit and registered product sales
- Conduct personal loan, mortgage, and line-of-credit interviews
- Process applications using ProLender and complete credit checks
- Resolve loan and deposit-related member concerns
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma
- Four years related financial institution sales and service experience
- Knowledge of retail lending and deposit products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Personal computer literacy, including Word and Excel
