Wiehler Mechanical is hiring plumbers from third-year apprentice through journeyperson for its growing Commercial division. Apprentices work alongside journeypersons while building toward their ticket. The work covers groundworks, rough-ins, finished installations, testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with project managers and other trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete commercial plumbing groundworks, rough-ins, and installations
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Cut, thread, bend, assemble, and secure pipe
- Pressure-test systems and diagnose plumbing issues
- Follow codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
Requirements:
- Third- or fourth-year plumbing apprenticeship registration in good standing
- At least two years of commercial plumbing experience
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Mechanical skills and strong problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
