This full time, permanent Shipping Coordinator role supports the print-finishing division of Precision Record Pressing. You will manage finished goods, verify shipment details, create packing slips, and coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams. The day shift runs from 7am to 3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, label, and stage finished goods pallets
- Verify pallet counts against production documentation
- Create accurate packing slips for outbound shipments
- Send shipment confirmations and communicate schedule changes




- Resolve discrepancies with production and customer service teams

Requirements:

- Minimum one year shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience
- Valid Ontario Lift Truck Operator certification required
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight processes
- Proficiency with shipping software, ERP systems, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material-handling equipment
