Deliver visible site security and customer service during a 4-on, 4-off rotation with 10-hour shifts from 6:00AM to 4:30PM. Support customer comfort, safety, and daily property operations.

As a Security Concierge, you will patrol interior and exterior areas, assist customers, and monitor CCTV footage. The work includes documenting incidents, maintaining surveillance logs, and responding to lockouts, noise complaints, and on-call maintenance requests. You will also complete property inspections and daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visible presence supporting customer health, comfort, and safety
- Open doors and assist customers with bags
- Patrol property areas and inspect walkways, entrances, and facilities




- Monitor CCTV and preserve relevant incident evidence
- Complete reports and record customer correspondence daily

Requirements:

- Valid security license required
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
- Two years customer service or security experience preferred
- Computer experience and web-based program familiarity preferred
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 10kg
