Shape Covenant Health investments through financial analysis and business cases as a Strategic Capital Planning Lead at One Twelve Campus.

This Lead supports Covenant Health’s capital planning framework and multi-year investment strategies. You will assess redevelopment, construction, expansion, infrastructure renewal, and land development initiatives. The work involves financial modeling, feasibility studies, funding submissions, project oversight, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial analyses, business cases, and feasibility studies
- Develop capital budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Monitor expenditures, variances, project performance, and financial risks
- Evaluate financing options, lifecycle expenses, and investment returns




- Present financial reports to executives, the Board, and committees

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, commerce, or related field
- Minimum five years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Three to five years supporting capital or construction projects
- Experience developing financial models and business cases
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and budgeting software
