Securiguard seeks a Security Shift Manager to supervise security staff at YVR. You will maintain operational readiness, respond to airport emergencies, and support safety across a regulated aviation environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor security staff throughout each shift
- Ensure staffing levels, training, and performance assessments remain effective
- Respond to airport emergencies under Contract Manager direction
- Investigate breaches, interview witnesses,
and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor compliance, risks, audits, and operational readiness
Requirements:
- Security and supervisory experience in aviation or regulated environments
- Solid verbal, written, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Computer applications and reporting tools proficiency
- Valid BC Security License and ability to obtain RAIC
- Class 5 BC Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
