The Asset Protection Specialist prevents and investigates financial loss from external and internal theft and fraud. You will execute Asset Protection strategy using available tools, support key processes, and address malicious activity concerns. The work includes retail operations, shrink prevention, incident documentation, and partnerships with law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct safe shoplifting apprehensions without physical contact
- Inspect store security and address discrepancies with leadership
- Document incidents and preserve evidence for legal requirements




- Coordinate with law enforcement and court representatives
- Promote Asset Protection awareness among associates

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of investigations, loss prevention, security, or related studies
- Familiarity with retail operations and shrink prevention
- Strong analytical, verbal, and report writing abilities
- Ability to meet Home Depot training requirements
