This Estate Accountant & Trust Administrator manages the financial lifecycle of restructuring estates. The work combines payment tracking, dividend distributions, account reconciliations, and stakeholder communication. You will support accurate, compliant transactions within a regulated qualified framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor incoming bank payments and electronic deposits
- Post payments from Consumer Proposals and bankruptcies
- Calculate and issue accurate dividend distributions
- Reconcile specialized estate trust accounts regularly
- Balance ledgers and file required statutory forms

Requirements:

- Five or more years in trust accounting or financial administration
- Experience with accounts payable or receivable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Exceptional accuracy with high-volume numerical transactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
