This full time technician role requires three years of preventive and corrective maintenance experience. You will monitor facility equipment, respond to service requests, and support integrated building operations. The work includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and Building Automation Systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
- Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
- Respond to routine, on-demand, and emergency service requests
- Manage work orders through completion and record resolution data

Requirements:
