WoodGreen seeks a permanent full time Housing Services Coordinator for Housing Operations East. You will manage physical, administrative, and operational housing components while supporting tenant-directed management, community development, and eviction prevention. The position serves tenant communities across WoodGreen housing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer RGI reviews, calculations, and required tenant notifications
- Manage intake, background checks, leases, and tenant orientation
- Collect rent and follow up on arrears and LTB Notices
- Coordinate maintenance concerns with building services




- Support tenant engagement, mediation, and housing stability

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
- Two or more years’ social services experience
- Experience supporting street-involved or low-income individuals
- Property management experience with leases and rent collection
- Understanding of Ontario housing and human rights legislation
