This Registered Care Aide supports clients in medically supervised withdrawal management and residential treatment. Working under a Registered Nurse or designate, you will cooperate with interdisciplinary team members and follow established care policies, standards, and procedures. The work includes therapeutic relationships, daily activities, mobility assistance, and clinical observations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients and families through established care plans
- Record vital signs and provide non sterile dressings
- Assist with bathing,



grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support walking and transfers between beds and chairs
- Respond to alarms and emergent situations appropriately

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Resident Care Certificate
- Basic First Aid Certificate
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods course
- Commitment to established care standards and procedures

Provide therapeutic support, nursing assistance, and responsive care for residential treatment clients at CSFS in northern British Columbia.
