This full-time elementary teaching position serves students from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 7. You will create engaging lessons, prepare curriculum-aligned materials, and support students’ spiritual, personal, intellectual, physical, mental, and social development within an Islamic educational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Quranic recitation using systematic Tajweed-focused lesson plans
- Develop courses and tailored materials for varying proficiency levels
- Assess progress through tests, homework, and ongoing feedback




- Implement remedial programs and adjust instruction to learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate Islamic values schoolwide

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in education
- Three to five years of teaching experience
- Strong Quranic recitation and Tajweed proficiency
- Excellent communication with elementary-age children
- British Columbia Letter of Permission or independent school certification
