Support pediatric development through occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning at Bloom Child Development Center in hybrid Brampton, Ontario.

This contract Occupational Therapist role provides direct therapy for motor, sensory, and daily living skills. You will assess functional abilities, create individualized plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals. Administrative and documentation tasks may be completed from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess pediatric clients’ functional abilities and developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy for motor and sensory skills
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed




- Educate families on supportive home and community strategies

Requirements:

- Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent qualification
- Current Ontario licensure or registration in good standing
- Experience with pediatric or developmental settings preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and evidence-based intervention skills
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and transparent background check may be required
