This full-time Sales Associate supports daily retail execution for Paradies Lagardere. You will serve internal and external customers, complete transactions, promote products, and maintain a friendly shopping environment. The work includes sales-floor and support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, sell, and thank customers throughout their shopping experience
- Recommend products and promotional services after assessing customer needs
- Process sales, returns, counts, and transfers accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
- Resolve customer service issues and elevate them as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- One year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent English communication, reading, writing, and mathematics skills
- Availability for wide-ranging shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass required background and applicable FAA checks
