You will lead personalized showings, represent the community professionally, and communicate building amenities, neighborhood value, availability, pricing, and promotions. The role may include property management and marketing administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized unit and property tours
- Represent Rivana Residence as a professional building ambassador
- Build rapport with prospective residents and explain community value
- Maintain accurate showing records and prospect feedback
- Assist the building manager with daily operations
Requirements:
- Sales or customer service experience
- Residential leasing or property management experience is an asset
- Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Maple Ridge, British Columbia
- High school diploma or equivalent
