Reporting to the Integrated Care Services Manager, you will collaborate on assessments, implement care plans, administer medications, and document client care. The position serves stabilization, acute, treatment, and long-term outpatient areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on intake, treatment, and discharge assessments
- Implement care plans and administer medications safely
- Assess clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Document records,



care plans, and discharge summaries
- Provide education during weekly nursing-led group sessions

Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia registered nursing license in good standing
- Current Class 5 driver’s license
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
